The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Development (2° ICSD 2014 Conference) will take place on September 26 – 27 in Rome, Italy. It is inspired from the critical challenge of human, environmental, and economic sustainability concerning the present and future generations in a global-scale context. This year’s theme is “Creating a unified foundation for the Sustainable Development: research, practice and education,” and emphasizes the strong foundation that is provided by using research to inform our everyday practices, policies, and analytical approaches. There is a Call for Papers which can address the following topics: Economic Sustainability; Environmental Sustainability; and Socio-Cultural Sustainability.
